360 View – It isnt a “Post-It Note” CRM System

March 26, 2008

Hello Friends;

As many of you reading this blog knows, inBusiness Services began development in 2002 with the desire to build a very robust and user friendly CRM tool - which we successfully rolled out in January 2003.   Many thousands of development hours later we appropriately named this tool 360 View CRM.

Why does the title mention “Post-It” note CRM System?  I firmly believe every company already has a CRM system in place and most of the systems they have invested in are Post-It Notes or other manual tools such as ”Pink-Pads”.  If you think about the way manual paper is being used:  for making notes, reminder follow up events, referring business by passing it along to a co-worker, putting in the dreaded inter-office mail, etc…..  It is being used for relationship Management!

What the Post-it or Pink-Pad cant do for you;  1) guarantee touch points actually happen 2) provide one-click reporting from any desktop 3) actually enhance the ability to gain new opportunities 4) certainly cant duplicate itself for others to see and participate in caring for a client or prospect 5) certainly cant automatically market products and services 6) many more cant do’s than can do’s.

Did you realize- What is the cost to my institution that I might not realize with the current Post-It or Pink-Pad CRM System?  Industry tracking numbers will vary some, so lets take a logical approach to opportunities based on 100 opportunities at a time:

Using a manual CRM the effective follow up will average 10 per 100 (10%) and industry says we normally close 25% of the effective follow ups, which equals 2.5 per 100 opportunities.

Using a automated360 View CRM the effective follow ups are 100 per 100 (100%) and again using industry numbers at 25% closing rate that means my close rate will be 25 for each 100 versus 2.5.

What if my annual product value averages $100?  With the Post-it system I would have lost $2,250 in revenue for each 100 opportunities!  Institutions will have at least 120 new opportunities at each location each month, therefore when thinking you can least afford a tool like 360 View – I propose it will pay for itself before you realize.

Thank you for reading this Blog, as I firmly believe 360 View CRM is the absolute “best of breed” relationship tool available today to financial institutions.  Please contact me directly at kanderson@inbizservices.com and I will make sure you get all the information needed to make an informed choice.
