2007 News and Beyond

January 2, 2008

Hello Everyone: As we close the door on 2007 and begin a new year here at inBusiness Services, I have never been more excited about our direction and am extremely grateful for the friendships gained over the past years while looking forward to the new opportunities to build relationships in 2008 and beyond.   2007 Review: inBusiness Services’ strategy was to implement new features, improve on existing features, migrating technology to SQL Server 2005, while also strategically growing.  Mission accomplished – not only did we meet our objectives, in many cases we surpassed them: Endorsements:ICBA chooses inBusiness Services to offer CRM and Delinquency Management Technology with 360 View – to its member banks (approximately 4600).iTech Corporation chooses a partnership with inBusiness Services to offer 360 View         Technology:Implementing Profit Indexing, Modeling, and Attrition analysis has been a work in progress making sure to deliver an easy to maintain table and accurate predictive models. This modeling delivery in May of 2007 coincided with the enhancement of our marketing system and move to SQL 2005.  Our marketing system has been politely competing with “MCIF” companies and while we have been somewhat reluctant to promote ourselves to those that are only marketing focused though a MCIF tool – this reluctancy became old news because of these 2007 enhancements and we are now confident that no competing system compares to the 360 power, flexibility, and ease of use found in our tool. As a testimony many of our clients are experiencing multiple levels of concurrently running campaigns to put a charge into their bottom line. Also, 360 View offers the most powerful CRM components that is 100% integrated with marketing, goals / incentive tools, and delinquency management – while bridging the gap of ALL products and services into one simple to understand viewing screen.  Partners:Several institutions made their choice be known in the last several months – Survey says – 360 View:  Lakeland Bank (NJ), Brintech (FL), Mercantile (MI), Umpqua (OR), FNB (IL), State Bank (WI), Premier (IL), Community First (OR), American West (WA, UT), Bank of Utah, People’s Utah (UT), Progressive (TN), CBTCC (TN), Pinnacle (TN), Kentucky Bank, Bank of The Carolinas (NC), NBA (AR), BAC Florida (FL), CNB Bank (PA), Southern Community (NC), Investors Savings (NJ), Peoples Bank (TN)……   More coming soon beginning in 2008!   2008 will bring a few new wrinkles into “CRM” technology that our clients and prospects are going to love, such as; online user community, employee dash-boarding (I am stoked about this), and “what-if” we automatically model new business for you – wouldn’t that be cool.  I will also be maintaining a personal / corporate blog in 2008 at the following address (http://threesixtyview.wordpress.com) if you would like to check it from time to time.   I look forward to seeing everyone in 2008!
